Chloraka Community Board endorsed our company the project ‘Laboratory and on site testing of road construction material. The objective of the project is to investigate if the materials used for the construction of the road network meet the standards and the requirements of the specifications.

Our company was endorsed by the project consultants, behalf of the Public Works Department (PWD) the construction materials quality control of the Nicosia Municipality Theatre. Jobs will include among others, geotechnical site investigation, core drilling, reinforcement testing and concrete chemical analysis.

Caramondani Group/SmithGroupJJR endorsed our company the additional geotechnical investigation including offshore drilling and laboratory testing of the materials of the various horizons as well as the settlement calculations certain areas of the ‘Makronisos Marina’ in Ayia Napa.

Pafilia Tower in Limassol

Pafilia endorsed our company the project Pafilia Tower in Limassol which includes the geotechnical investigation with the aid of borehole drilling and sampling of soil for laboratory testing in order to obtain the engineering/geotechnical parameters of the ground, groundwater and gas sampling for chemical analysis and vertical/lateral pile group analysis.

Pore Pressure of Clay-rich soils

Τhe research team of the Geotechnical Department of Geoinvest Ltd under the guidance of Avraam Siathas is in the process of designing and soon to apply a series of laboratory tests to measure the Pore Pressure of Clay-rich soils sampled from various locations in Cyprus.

Plastic moulds Vs Polystyrene Moulds

The research department of Geoinvest Ltd under the guidance of Mr. Christos Shiathas (Civil Engineer) is in the process to assess the difference in compressive strength results of concrete cubes being prepared in plastic and polystyrene moulds. The necessity of the investigation rises from the fact that some clients continue to use the polystyrene moulds because of the low purchase value.
